Hi, I’m Jared Cammon
After working as an engineer for a while and then working as a teacher, I realized my ultimate desire is to do both at the same time! I am currently a full-time Engineering Technology Professor at Lone Star College Cy-Fair. I teach in the Field Service Technology Program and I am enjoying every minute of it! My passion is preparing students (both traditional and non-traditional) with skills they need to be successful in engineering and engineering technology. I am also passionate about generating interest from our youth in engineering fields. I have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University in 2003 and earned my Master of Science in Bioengineering from Clemson University in 2005. I’m currently pursuing my P.H.D. in Bioengineering at the University of Houston.
