TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Introduction
    Throughout this document, ‘We’ and ‘Our’ refers to Cammon Tutoring, its Staff, and Contractors, while ‘You’ and ‘Your’ refers to the client either reading this or receiving our services. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the services provided to you by our company and for the use of this website.

  2. Tutoring Sessions
    All of our tutoring sessions are private 1-to-1 sessions, held either:
    • in the student's home,
    • at one of the listed Lone Star facilities, or
    • online.

      Online Tutoring Sessions:
      Students must have access to a computer and high-speed internet. If the student is not able to use both audio & video, the tutoring session will end and need to be rescheduled. We accept no liability for any grievances that occur in a tutoring session.
  3. Rescheduling
    We understand that from time to time you're going to have to change sessions with limited notice. You can reschedule any session within 24 hours before the start of the session.
    • A client will not be able to reschedule their session in less than 24 hours, and the session will be treated as a cancellation.
    • A client will be required to reschedule online sessions when they lack proper audio & video. If the client fails to reschedule within 24 hours of the terminated session, the session will be forfeited and will not be eligible for any refund.
    • If you miss a session that has already been rescheduled and confirmed, you will forfeit that session and will not be eligible for any refund.
  4. Cancellations
    • You can cancel any session within 48 hours before the start of the session for a full refund.
    • There are no refunds for any sessions cancelled in less than 48 hours. Please see the Rescheduling section.
    • Excessive cancellations may result in termination of tutoring services.
    • If your tutor misses a session that has been booked and confirmed, you will be eligible for a full refund of that session's fee.

  6. Payment

    • All sessions are prepaid. No exceptions.
    • Cash is not an accepted payment method.
  7. Grievances

    If you experience any issues during a tutoring session or are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of the session date. We will review the grievance and may take appropriate actions, such as offering rescheduling options or other forms of support. Please note that submitting a grievance does not guarantee a refund.

    Forfeiture and Refund Exceptions

    Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

    • Sessions that are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
    • Sessions that are missed without rescheduling in advance.
    • Sessions that are rescheduled but subsequently missed.
    • Online sessions that are terminated due to lack of audio & video, and are not rescheduled within 24 hours of the original session.
    • Sessions forfeited due to excessive cancellations, which may also result in termination of services. 
  8. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The current terms and conditions will always be displayed on this website. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these terms.
